Room rates are quoted in Vietnam Dong, depending on the daily rate. Our room rates are generally per room, not per person
All bookings with promotional & package rates are non-refundable and cannot be amended or modified. Failure to arrive at our hotel will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be given.
Terms and conditions for cancellation and amendment or modification of reservations are different among types of rate. We suggest all customers read thoroughly before proceeding the booking and making a payment. All terms & conditions will be stated on the booking voucher generated from our website or provided by our customer specialists.
For health issues, an MC (medical certificate) will be required to be able to discuss booking modification possibilities.
In every case, No-show will be fully charged and non-refundable.
